Proof of identification required via fax or email. Complete mailing address and name of end-user. No more than one (1) vest or one (1) set of Leguard™ per unit requesting. The returning shipping cost will be paid by customer. Samples are to be returned to AoA in forty-five (45) days from shipping date. Samples are not to be shot or destroyed.
